What's the vet cost for my Pomeranian's dental issue and new lump?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | neutered | 8 years and 7 months old | 14 lbs

Visit fee for hospital? My Pomeranian needs to be seen for dental/gum desease and he has a ball squishy thing that is growing slowly by his private area. He doesn’t seem to be in pain he still plays and eats very well. I’m just trying to see if I can afford to help him. I only work part time

Hi there! If you're asking about Vetco clinics, they only do vaccines and wellness care - not visits for illness or medical problems. So you will need to call around to some local full-service veterinary clinics in your area to ask about their exam prices and make an appointment for Lil Bear to be seen. If cost is a concern, you can see if there is a low-cost SPCA clinic in your area that could help, or apply for Care Credit, which is a payment plan accepted by most vet clinics: www.carecredit.com
