My cat's thick fur looks dull and flaky. Is this normal or a concern?

Does my cats fur look healthy? Her fur doesnt look like our other cats does, but minnie also has really thick fur. You cant really see down to her skin through all the fur

The coat looks a bit dull and flaky. She probably has some form of seborrhea. I suggest you use this medicated mousse on her a couple times per week for a few weeks.
