Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | unspayed | 19 years and 4 months old | 2 lbs
I have a 19 yr old chihuahua that has massive mammoy gland tumors. She is deaf from old age and has cataracts. She still gets around fine. She does sometimes choose not to eat but makes some days she eats fine. She developed the tumors 2 yrs ago and I chose not to treat because of her age. She doesn't seem to be in any pain. Should I have her put down or just let nature take its course?

Euthanasia is a very personal decision that must be made between you, your animal, and your veterinarian. It sounds like Baby has plenty of problems but still has some good days. When people are undecided about how to proceed I refer them to the oncology quality of life scale, which permits people to place an objective figure on things, even if it isn't doesn't make the choice for you. https://www.aplb.org/resources/quality-of-life_scale.html I hope this helps you make a decision one way or the other.
