Every night when it is bed time Winston will “bite” my hands/arms and I am unable to redirect him with a toy. This happens regardless of how many/long his walks are. I know that he is playing and trying to get my attention, but it hurts. I can’t let him bark it out, and I have trazadone prescribed for him. Is there anything else I can do?

This situation can be frustrating because Winston thinks this is a game. You can likely stop this behavior but it will take time and consistent training on your part and also your family and friends. If one person let's Winston bite on them or encourages the behavior, it will take that much longer for Winston to learn. Here are a few links with helpful information about dogs and puppies who are 'mouthy': https://www.petcoach.co/article/puppy-biting-nipping-of-hands/ https://www.petcoach.co/article/puppy-biting-when-does-it-stop/ Since Winston thinks bed time is the appropriate time for this game, you may also stop him from sleeping in the bed until he understands that biting is not a game. You may also institute heavy exercise right before bed. This may help him to want to sleep more. I hope this helps.
