My dog has CHF. Can I use natural remedies with his medication?

Hello my 11 year old cane corso cross dog has chf and is currently on medication his breathing has now started to get shorter and more shallow I've done my own research on his condition and have found a natural herb remedy that helps reverse chf and rids of the fluid build up its called prmalix heart hardy can my dog have this instead of or as well as his medication I have enclosed 2 photos 1 of his medication and the 2nd of the herbal treatment many thanks adam

Hey. It looks like the pictures you tried to attach did not work for one reason or another. I can tell you right now that if Tommy is in congestive heart failure, there are no products that are able to make the claim of being able to reverse the disease process. The only way to stop congestive heart failure is by repairing the problem causing it in the first place, which is in most instances in veterinary medicine not possible. The medications that we use are meant to slow the progression of the disease and control the symptoms. This herbal drug may have some of those similar effects, but I doubt it will be a substitute for drugs like furosemide and enalapril. Hope this makes sense.
