My sick hamster has wet tail, breathing issues, and not eating. Help!

my hamster that is two years old is having problems, he is not acting right, not eating much, he has a little squeal every time he breathes, and i think he is having upper respiratory problems, i also think hes constipated and has a little wet tail, he is also acting stressed out. what do i do? Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Male | 1 year and 7 months old | 2 lbs

Thanks for reaching out about Chewy. A lower respiratory problem is more likely, such as pneumonia. But heart, liver, renal and other illnesses can lead to respiratory congestion. If doing this poorly, a veterinary visit is recommended ASAP. Good luck.
