Can dog conjunctivitis cause eye scars? Will they disappear permanently?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 6 months old

Dog had conjunctivitis now he has scar on his cornea and scar has some droplets so I want to know how many days will this take for scar to get disappear permanently from cornea....? Do scar occurs with conjunctivitis infection ?

Yes, they can occur with conjunctivitis and if treated correctly they can take several weeks to disappear. Sometimes scars leave permanent opacities. Please repost your question and attach a pic to it to receive more specific answers from us.
