Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 4 days old | 40 lbs
Our 5-month old Golden puppy has had diarrhea off and on for about a month. Our vet has cleared his stool for intestinal parasites (twice), we've done an antibiotic treatment, a probiotic treatment, and he was fully vaccinated for parvo and other viruses at 3-months old. He still has great appetite and energy levels, but it's very rare for him to have solid poops. He currently eats Go! Chicken and Salmon kibble. Any idea what could be causing this? Thank you!

It sounds like your veterinarian is trying to figure things out for Denver. You may want to make sure Denver has been checked for giardia. You may also try changing his diet to see if this helps. Sometimes diarrhea related to the diet is a food allergy but it can also just be that a diet is too rich. A good diet in general is Royal Canin. It is low residue and highly digestible. To discover a food allergy, Denver will need a diet trial with a hydrolyzed protein. I hope he starts feeling better quickly! Please feel free to post any additional questions!
