My dog swallowed a hard treat. Is it dangerous? When to see a vet?

Hello, My miniature labradoodle swollowed a small but very hard treat fully (size of a quarter). Is it something to be concerned of? Anything I could do that home or should I take him to the vet?

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Teddy. This should pass without problem, and will likely break down in the stomach with the stomach acid. Just keep an eye on him for vomiting, diarrhea, blood in the feces, anorexia, or lethargy. If you see any of those signs, then I would take him into the vet. I hope this helps!
