My dog's face skin looks melted. How do I care for his wound?

Pet's info: Dog | Olde English Bulldogge | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 6 days old | 67 lbs

My dog came in from the backyard with a cut or a burn or something on his face and it looks like the skin was melted off almost. how do i care for it and what can i do to help him heal? he doesn’t seem bothered by it except for when i try to look at it. Koda, 11 months old.

That looks more like a skin infection then anything else. I recommend to have him examined by his veterinarian. These types of infections can get deep in the tissue and often need systemic medications to heal. A yeast infection is also common, especially in this breed. Best of luck.
