Need flea treatment for multiple cats? What's best to buy online?

If I'm going to buy some flea treatment from an online store, what would you recommend?. At the moment for 3 pippets (1 peppet for 3 cats at all different sizes) is about £33.00. What brand would you recommend?

If it is available, my best topical flea treatment for cats is Cheristin. It is very effective and kills fleas before they bite, which is helpful for cats with flea allergies since it is the bite they react to. Comfortis is a tablet that is also very effective, but it can cause vomiting.

Comfortis is an excellent medication against fleas (it comes in a tablet formulation) which can be given once a month. Please ask your veterinarian for a prescription. Which is the best flea spray for cats? I tried FRONTLINE flea treatment but it didn't seem to work.
I personally don't recommend any over-the-counter flea sprays for cats, as they tend to not be very effective and many can be dangerous depending on the chemicals used. Cats are very sensitive! The best over-the-counter flea treatment available for cats is Advantage. Better options for fleas, which also prevent intestinal parasites and heartworm disease, are Advantage Multi (Advocate) or Revolution (Stronghold) - these are prescription medications you can get from your veterinarian, or order online with a prescription from the vet.

I would personally use one of the oral pills like Comfortis or Bravecto. I like Bravecto because it's newer and the fleas haven't been exposed to it yet so there is no resistance. It is also nice because one dose lasts 12 weeks. All the other products only last 4 weeks.

The Adams spray does not work for long term use and you are just dousing her chemicals every time you use it. It is not bad for spot treatment here and there but I would not use it all the time.
I would recommend you use this Flea/tick mousse maybe 1-2x a week. It is easy to apply and not as "chemically" as the Adams Spray. It is more natural.

Also, I know you said you treated the house which is great but I'm not sure what product you used so I will recommend one. You also need to treat the yard.

What are good and effective flea preventions that I could use for my indoor cat and how often should I use them
There are several great flea preventatives available for cats! Most preventatives are given monthly. Some of the most effective Topical options include revolution, and Bravecto (Bravecto is actually only applied every 3 months). One oral medication that works very well is Comfortis. All of These medications are sold through your veterinary office. The best topical flea medication options available over the counter are Cheristin, Advantage, and Frontline. In general, flea shampoos are not effective and only serve to cause skin irritation. Also use caution when choosing topical flea prevention from less known brands, as many have been shown to be quite unsafe and ineffective. If your cats have a flea infestation, I would recommend giving your cats oral Capstar because this will kill adult fleas within 30 minutes, but it will not provide ongoing flea prevention. Simultaneously, apply a weight-appropriate dose of a high quality topical product for flea prevention (such as Advantage or Revolution) to all cats in the household. Bathing should not be necessary. However, if you find an excessive amount of flea dirt and debris on your cats that you want to wash off, you can bathe them in a gentle baby shampoo or oatmeal based pet shampoo. Should you choose to bathe them, be sure to wait at least 2-3 days after applying any topical flea prevention. I hope this helps!

If you don't want to apply a topical then an oral flea pill is better. Flea shampoos only work for the moment they are on the cat and they will sting her if she has open sores. Also, there is no residual flea repellant effect. Unfortunately pesticides are needed to kill fleas, and I can give you the flea treatment program that I always use and is very effective. First, I would give him Capstar. It's a one time pill that starts killing fleas within 30 minutes. Then follow up with a spot on treatment, such as Advantage or Revolution. This is a treatment that has to be used once a month. You will also have to disinfect the environment. Wash his bedding in hot soapy water, and vacuum the furniture and carpet surfaces. You can use a spray to kill fleas in the house, such as Indorex, or a flea bomb would work well to kill the fleas in the home. I hope this helps!

Bravecto is a good topical that last for 3 months but is a prescription. The change in duration helps control the environment and get ahead of the life cycle. The majority of a flea problem comes from the environment so it is essential to treat that area also. You may also look in to a Seresto collar that is not a prescription and it can last up to 8 months.

If Mojo has sensitive skin, then I would consider an oral flea preventative instead of a topical one. It is a chewable tablet that only needs to be given once a month. Regarding OTC products, Frontline is still a good option. Do know there is a diference between what you can buy without a prescription. Generally know the products sold by your vet are the most effective. Top products for dogs are oral products such as Simparica and Nexgard. Top products for cats are topicals such as Revolution and Cheristan. There is also an oral product called Comfortis that both dogs and cats can take. You will need to switch all the pets over to a good flea product. Make sure to discuss these products with your veterinarian first. These products are generally safe for all pets but there are some conditions which are contraindicated for the oral products. Cleaning up and treating the house and yard will also help but it will not clear all the fleas. The main control is making sure the pets are on good products. This is what will ultimately stop the infestation. Also remember every female fleas lays about 50 eggs a day and it could take up to 6 months before the egg
