My dog is lethargic, vomiting, eating, and licking paws. Is she sick?

Hi, I think my pet is depressed but I'm not 100% sure. Shes been eating alot more and with sometimes just throw it right back up, she's been sleeping a lot more , and she doesn't play as much with our other dogs. She also keeps licking her paws, constantly and her paws aren't dry or wounded. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 50 lbs

It sounds more like she is sick and not depressed. Eating a lot, lethargy and throwing up and not good signs. They are non-specific signs; meaning there are many different ailments that can cause these signs so I cannot tell you what is going on. She needs a vet exam and maybe some blood testing/x-rays. Licking the paws is probably an allergy and not related to the other symptoms. I suggest you get her to a vet for an examination.
