My budgie is sick, not eating, puffed, eyes closed. What's wrong?

HelloMy yellow budgie is not eating since yesterday. Is sitting on floor, not able to fly. It is looking pufffed and the eyes r half closed. We have isolated it since other budgies were harassing it. We don't have a vet near by. How to treat the bird.

Your bird is very ill, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take her to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease before it can be treated.
