Can I give my dog loratadine for pollen allergies and ear infections?

How much loratadine can i give my dog who is having allergies from pollen which keeps causing ear infections. He is 85 lbs. Could i give him one 5 mg 3x daily? For a total of 15 mg. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 85 lbs

loratadine has absolutely zero effect on dogs, it won't help whatsoever with this problem. Benadryl can help in some cases although it is not very effective in dogs either for this type of allergies, you can give him two tablets up to 2 times a day.
