My one week old puppy has her tail and anus very irritated due to poop not being cleaned by the mother, I tried cleaning her with wipes and warm water, anything I can put on her little tail ? I’m so worried about her and I’ve been cleaning her daily since it looks like the mother it’s just neglected her. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 7 days old | 0.65 lbs

You can use Neosporin on any red/raw areas that need it. If it starts to look infected you will need to get her to a vet for an exam. If the mother is not being a good mom you may need to take the pup away and hand raise it.
