My dog has few teeth. Can I skip cleaning for 2 weeks on vacation?

Hi, my dog recently had many tooth extractions and only has 9 teeth left. I will be going on vacation for 2 weeks next wednesday and will be leaving him with a friend. Would it be okay for his remaining teeth to not be cleaned for the 2 weeks I will be gone since he refuses to let anyone except me handle his mouth and teeth? Of course I will be back to cleaning them straight away when I get back, thanks

There should not be a significant amount of tartar or plaque build up in this time, so if you return to cleaning them when you get back, he should be just fine!
