Dog with parvo: Whining, growling, refusing food. Is this recovery?

My dog is in day 10 with Parvo, he has recently started to whine and growl when he sees me, is that normal or a sign of recovery? He refuses to drink and eat

No, that is not normal and it should not take a dog 10 days to get over parvo. Do you have a diagnosis of parvo or are you just assuming that is what he has? After 10 days dogs with parvo have either passed away or are completely better. I'd be worried something else is going on like distemper or rabies. You need to get Kobe to a vet to figure out what is wrong. This is serious and I would consider it an emergency.
