My puppy ate a pee pad, vomiting, breathing hard. Is it an emergency?

My dog I think ate up a pee pee pas he’s a puppy he is now vommiting and making a nose when breathing

Poor Draco! If you think he may have ingested a pee pad and he is now vomiting, I would be concerned about a possible intestinal blockage. If this is the problem, he will need emergency surgery to remove the obstruction - so I would recommend taking him to an emergency clinic tonight for an exam. The veterinarian there can palpate his abdomen and take x-rays if needed to help diagnose the problem, and will advise you on what kind of treatment is needed depending on what is found.
