Poor Tee! This is a very severe issue and you need to get Tee in to see a vet as soon as you can. I am concerned that his skin is severely infected, and without proper treatment he may be in danger of the skin tissue actually dying and sloughing off entirely; this puts him at risk for systemic infection and other complications. Unfortunately There isn't any sufficient home remedy that I can offer for you to try. If you cannot get him to the vet today, I would recommend that you bathe him with warm water and use some dilute Betadine (available at any pharmacy--its a dark brown antiseptic. Dilute it with water and gently clean the skin with cotton balls and the dilute betadine) Please get him to the vet as soon as you can. He needs medical attention.
