Cookie has cysts. We removed a couple of them in the past. The experience was not easy on her so I don't want to remove them unless it's necessary. One of her cyst's (she's had this for a few years now) outside surface is raised a little and pinkish white and the cyst inside the skin is a lump about the size of a pea. If I squeeze it, white cheesy stuff comes out. Should I be worried? Our vet thought it looked like a wart. Do warts have lump inside the skin and let out white stuff?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Cookie. Typically cysts have material that can be expressed out of them while warts do not. If the mass is not bothering her, does not become infected and is not rapidly growing, it likely does not need to be removed. This is especially true if her veterinarian was not concerned by it. I hope this information helps!
