My Lab has bloody, inconsistent stool. Is renovation stress the cause?

my one year labrador have lood potty since 45 days. 4 day medication was done. but stool is hard initially and loose in last. otherwaise he is active and seems healthy. Lab eat two time only and also go for potty two time. is any stress can do this. my home is under renovation and painting since last 2 month ad his place is shifting regularly. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 15 days old | 35 lbs
