Why is my guinea pig sneezing and has a runny nose for months?

I have a guinea pig who has has sneezing for months. It started as a few times a day, but now is about once every 1 to 2 hours. She has an off an on runny nose, but other than that will eat and play just like normal. No eye issues, no crusties, just a slight runny nose every few days or so. Cage mate over the months has no symptoms. Fleece bedding. Pet's info: Small Animal | Guinea Pig | Male | unneutered
