My female puppy is licking and bleeding. Is this normal or serious?

Hi, I’ve been noticing that my female puppy has been licking her private part and I just noticed that she was bleeding from there. There’s not a lot of blood, but there is some. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Chipoo | Female | unspayed | 2 lbs

If you think Juju could be in heat then there may not be anything to be concerned about. If she is not in heat then blood would be abnormal and could be a sign of a urinary tract infection or other lower urinary disease. If she is not in heat I’d recommend having her examined by your vet.
