Worms in dog water fountain filter: What are they? Are they safe?

Hello , I found these worms in the drinking water filter. Can I know the cause ?? and what effect they have? I clean the filter and change the water daily .

I think this looks like fly larvae but I’m not 100% sure. This doesn’t look like any common canine parasite, so I doubt it would cause problems for Tabosha. I’m also not sure how larvae could get in the fountain if you clean daily. You might be better off using a plain bowl of water that you could more easily monitor.
