My dog was stung by a yellow jacket on the bottom of her foot. What can I do to ease her pain and what should I look for regarding symptoms of an adverse reaction. Thanks

Poor Prco. Yellow jacket stings can be very painful! First check the area to make sure there is no sign of a stinger and remove it if it is seen. Make sure to keep her off of the foot. You can apply a cool, not cold, compress to her foot, this will help to relieve some of the pain and reduce some of the swelling. Keep her from licking the foot as this will only make it worse. Generally this will subside within a few hours. If she seems excessively painful or exhibit signs of an anaphylactic reaction, have her examined by her veterinarian quickly. Best of luck.
