Why does my dog have bumps, scabs, red skin after running away?

Hello my dog Asher has bumps of hair and black scabs all over his body,when the scabs are pulled off its bloody and red also his skin seems to be red.He recently ran away for a day and we just started noticing them after he ran away. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 11 months and 16 days old | 80 lbs

Those spots on Asher could be several things including an allergic reaction, fleas, mites, ringworm (which humans can get) or just a one time infection. I recommend to play it safe and have Asher examined by his veterinarian since this will get the answers and treatment the fastest. You can try adding in an omega 3 fatty acid supplement for dogs, this can help improve the skin health. You may also try changing his diet to something like Royal Canin or Nutro as they are aimed at skin health. You can wash him in a medicated dog shampoo. Protect the areas from licking or scratching.
