Why does my 4-month-old American Bulldog puppy have red raised bumps?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 26 days old | 40 lbs

I have an American bulldog puppy who has 3 red raised bumps. I just noticed them yesterday, He will be 4 months on the 30th. I’m just wondering what these could be? They all look like the picture below.

These look like they could be papules from a skin infection, or it’s possible that they are tick or other insect bites. If Hoss seems itchy or more spots develop I’d recommend seeing your veterinarian for an exam. Otherwise I think you could monitor the areas for up to 7 days, but if they don’t resolve you should make an appointment with your vet.
