My convict cichlid has a bent back and can't swim. Is it swim bladder?

my convict cichlid is really sick he has a bent back anda cant swim right in the picture he has blood onon the side he cant keep under water what is wrong with him would swim bladder cause this or septuseamen. Pet's info: Fish | Cichlid | Male | 9 years old
