Why is my dog acting strange, shaking, not eating, and withdrawn?

My dog is acting very strangely. She is shaking when anyone comes near her, she won’t come to anyone but me, she won’t eat, she won’t go outside for anyone but me, she’s just not acting right. He hip is bothering her but something else is wrong. I need help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year old | 50 lbs

It could be Zoey is in a lot of pain or she could be quite sick. I would keep a very close eye on her for now, and if she is still acting this way in the morning, have her seen by a vet. If she starts vomiting or has diarrhea, take her into a vet immediately.
