Why is my dog drooling and shaking after eating chicken for diarrhea?

My dog was vomiting and had diarrhea. Wasn't eating and was sleeping a lot. The vomiting has stopped but he still has diarrhea. I have just given him some boiled chicken and after eating he strated to produce lots of saliva, started shaking a little and is has gone to sleep. Can someone help please? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | neutered | 1 year and 5 months old

Poor George! He could have a severe GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have pancreatitis. It sounds like he is nauseous after eating the chicken. I would keep a close eye on him for now, continue with the bland diet but add some white rice to it, and if he starts vomiting again, have him seen by an ER vet right away. Otherwise, have him seen by a vet first thing in the morning. Best of luck.
