Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered | 18 lbs
Port has just recently begun to stand straight up on his two hind legs when he urinates. He has a history of bladder issues of unknown origin, and he is being treated for deep ulcerative dermatitis. However, even with his steroid treatment he's drinking and urinating far less than normal. His standing began before his treatment and has just continued. His vet didn't seem *too* concerned, but I am. His bloodwork came back normal...could it be an infection?

While I’m not quite sure what posture you’re describing, any change in urinary habits could be a sign of cystitis or (rarely) a urinary tract infection. If Portifoy seems painful when he’s standing on his rear legs and urinating you may want to recheck with your vet so they can take a urine sample.
