My hamster fell from cage, seemed dead, now twitching. What to do?

My hamster fell from his cage which is high up. We found him on the floor cold and rigid and thought he was dead. 3 hours later hes started to make little noises and twitch. What should we do? Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Female | 2 months and 24 days old
