My cat has diabetes. Are its littermates at risk for diabetes?

Does it follow that because one cat from the litter is diabetic the others will be to thanks

No, just because one sibling is diabetic does not mean that the other ones will be as well. You should however take precautions to feed a high quality diet and control the weight closely. Being overweight is a risk factor for diabetes.
