My 4-month-old cat has an abnormal bleeding tumor. What's the cause?

My cat now 4 months already. Last week i bring my cat go to vet, after that vet said my cat right side have abnormal tumor, and now it bleeding. What cause this happen?

in most cases at this age this can be caused by an abscess, if this is the case you need to take him to your vet, they will need to lance and empty the pus from the abscess (under deep sedation) and he should then be given a course of antibiotics.
