My small 7-week-old puppy is lethargic and tired. What should I do?

I have a seven week old puppy. He is very small at only 2lbs. He is a yorkie chihuahua mix. The last couple hours he has been very lethargic and not active. He had a slight fever so I put him in a cool towel which seemed to help the fever. However he is still very tired. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 22 days old | 2 lbs

Poor Ted. Good idea to put the cool towel on him. Because he is such a young puppy, any illness should be taken very seriously and require an immediate vet visit. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
