Why is my cat's third eyelid showing, tired, and over-grooming?

My cat was a stray, and we took her in. I've noticed her third eyelid is more pronounced than normal, she needs to lay down a lot while playing, and she licks/cleans/nibbles on herself a lot. What could this mean? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female
