My puppy eats poop, has worms, and won't eat. Should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 8 days old | 6.92 lbs

My puppy eat her own poop when we are not looking and she has this white worms in her poop. Now she is not eating anything .

It sounds like Stella has intestinal worms which are common in puppies. Puppies with intestinal worms can eat their poop as well, but even dogs without intestinal worms eat their poop. They just like the taste. I am very concerning that she isn't eating anything, and due to that, I would take her into a vet immediately. It's quite serious when such a young puppy won't eat.
