My rabbit stopped eating, pooping, has gurgling belly. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | neutered | 3.3 lbs

My rabbit has stopped eating, pooing and being himself. His belly is making gurgling noises and he doesn’t seem well atall. I have given him a belly rub and I just don’t know what to do? We have another rabbit who is completely normal. Do you have any advice? All the vets are shut:(

Oh no, Buggs sounds quite sick and he needs to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
