My dog lifts his paw. Could it be a brain tumor? What are symptoms?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

While doing research on brain tumors in dogs i’ve found that one sign can be a dog putting their front paw up, is that true? I’ve seen my dog do this put only when he sees us picking up a treat for him. Could you please give me some info about this illness too?

That's not necessarily a sign of a brain tumor. You'd more likely see seizures, trouble walking (incoordination), head tilt, depression, decrease or loss of vision, and cranial nerve defects. My own dog unfortunately developed a brain tumor, and the first signs I saw were difficulty walking on her back legs. She couldn't stand steady on them, and would often fall over when trying to walk. I hope this helps.
