My pug has KCS. Are his eye drops making him unable to see clearly?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 10 years and 1 month old | 27 lbs

Can latanoprost 0.005% and 1% sodium carboxymethylcellulose with stabalized oxychlora complex 0.075mg, boric acid,calcium chloride,magnesium chloride, sodium borate & sodium chloride be used together safely? My pug has KCS-black pigmentation with completely white background behind it.Tried to click photos.Few hrs after applying cmc liquigel drops I'm observing he's unable to see properly and confused.Cleaned with water slowly he was able to see.Is this side effect?No eye facilities in my state.

Hello. Was the latanoprost scripted out by your vet? This medication is used in dogs with glaucoma, not KCS. Snoopy may also be hypersensitive to this medication, so if your vet has not diagnosed glaucoma, nor scripted the latanoprost to you, you should not be putting this in his eyes. Please see your vet to see what can be done to keep Snoopy comfortable. Your vet is more than qualified to diagnose & treat KCS. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
