Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 7 years old | 90 lbs
Hi! I have a 7 y.o. German shepherd. Approx. 2 years ago he rubbed his nose and had a small wound there, it was in summer. We were waiting for healing, but it doesn't work, so we went to our local vet. They advised to use tetracycline and keratinizing gels(eg. solcoseril). But it also didn't work. To cut it short we've changed 4 vets, and they can't even tell what is the problem, just told the symptomatic treatment which doesn't help. Please, look at photos too, and help me to treat my doggie..

I am sorry to hear about Max. Given his history, if he is not responding to treatment I would recommend a biopsy. Based on the location of the lesions I would be concerned about a possible autoimmune disease such as Lupus or Pemphigus https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4952581 and the best way to diagnose this is with a biopsy.
