My puppy has bloody scabs after playing. What can I use to heal?

Angel has been playing with another puppy the last couple of days and I noticed that shes all bloody and scabbed up under her chin, on her ears and her front paws. I'm not sure what to do to help her heal.. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 22 days old | 50 lbs
