Why is my 3-year-old cat making quick meows with head movements?

My 3-year-old cat has started making really quick meowing noises and left to right head movements while she does these meows. She has done this 3 times in the last 2 days. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 3 years and 4 months old | 3 lbs

If your cat is otherwise acting normal and eating fine I wouldn’t worry too much about this. Keep an eye on your cat and watch for drooling any swelling or soreness in the mouth or any reluctance to eat. If you notice any of the signs then you may want to have her checked out.
