What are these new worsening target and dark red spots on my dog?

These spots appeared on my dog recently. Two different kinds, one is a target like spot, and the second is a small dark red spot. Both seem to have gotten worse. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 35 lbs

These could be black fly bites, or it could be another type of insect bite or a rash. Since they have gotten worse, I would take Zelda into the vet today. The vet can diagnose what is causing them, and can treat them. Best of luck.
