My allergic dog won't drink water but eats wet food. Is she hydrated?

My dog hasn't drink water for 24 hours but has eaten 2 large tins of set dog food, she is unwell at the moment with an allergic reaction. Pet's info: Dog | Weimaraner | Female | spayed | 8 years and 3 months old | 85 lbs

I'm sorry Lucy isn't well. There is some water in the tinned dog food, so she will be getting moisture from that. You can add water to the tinned food to get more moisture in her. Keep in touch with her vet, and if she hasn't drank some water in another 24 hours, I'd take her back into a vet. Best of luck.
