What's causing my dog's hard eye lump, sore eyes, and drowsiness?

My dog has had some sort of allergic reaction, she has been treated by the vet, they don't know what is up with her and she has been referred to an animal hospital, tonight she is very slerpy, her eyes are really sore and she has developed a large lump under one of her eyes which feels quite hard and wasn't there earlier today, she has had a sterile cream for her eyes but I stopped giving it to pervasive seemed to hurt her. Pet's info: Dog | Weimaraner | Female | spayed | 8 years and 3 months old | 85 lbs

Poor Lucy! I would keep giving her the cream for her eye, as she needs to to treat whatever is wrong with her eyes. Keep a close eye on her, and take her back into the vet in the morning. Best of luck.
