Red bump on dog's paw with hair sticking out. What should I do?

My dog has a red blister like bump on top of his back paw, with hairs sticking out of it, what can i do from home, it doesnt seem to bother him. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 2 years old | 75 lbs
