Best way to travel long distance with two anxious or skittish cats?

I have to travel with two cats from NJ to Florida over a 3-day period. What's the best way to do this with 2 skittish scaredy cats? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 11 years and 6 months old | 10 lbs
