How much and how often to feed abandoned newborn kittens (0-1 week)?

Question

I had a first time mother cat care for her kittens but abandon them after they were three days old. I fed them a little calf replace last night but I knew they needed kitten replace I have a friend bringing kitten replacer and a kitten bottle this morning. I don't know how much to feed the kittens though? I read online that i should feed kittens 0-1 weeks of age every two hours but I don't know how much I should be feeding them. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 4 days old
