Why is my dog's potty area red after washing? Is it a concern?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 6 months old

On a regular weekly routine I wash potty area of my dog so this time when I was shing I found the area red so I have took pictures of it ...kindly see the attach photos... is this normal? Rest he is active as usual and eating well and playing well

It looks pretty normal but the coloration is difficult to assess in the photos. I would just monitor the area and if it seems like he is having diarrhea, scooting his butt on the ground, etc then I suggest you have him checked by your vet.
